It was almost sunset.
A rain had just finished its downpour. We were driving past along the highway when we noticed a very peculiar thing: a band of a deeper shade of blue crossing the sky from the horizon. It was really one of a kind. I kept on snapping photos as we went towards the horizon where it seems to have originated.
It could be a rainbow, though I have never heard of a pure blue rainbow before. And it doesn’t form a beautiful arch. But it was one of the biggest and longest thing I have seen in the sky. I researched about it and I learned that it could be a monochrome rainbow. It’s amazing that such a wonder of nature exists.
