This is kalamay lansong with ube color. There are also other types of kalamay such as mais, kanin, monggo, but this is favorite. I really miss eating this. I know that there are food stalls in my university selling kalamay, but they are quite pricey and besides they don’t look freshly made and delicious. Kalamay are usually topped with latik and can be eaten with coconut stuff (the white and brown ones).
